change the colours

Yeah its a little nasty on the old peepers.

Also its impossible to see the date at the top of the posts which are on the dark blue background.

the dark blue with the black letters is quite bothersome to my eyes. does anyone else have this problem. what about good old black on white text????

i can only change the colors on the main page, but not inside one of the subject pages....AAGH!!
